High Court said give job or allowance to handicapped, Govt not working on it...

Brijesh Singh is reporting live from Commissioner office Rewa Madhya Pradesh where many handicapped people are demonstrating. They tell him that on 22nd Feb 2014 High Court has ordered Govt to give jobs to handicapped people or give them Rs 5000 per month as allowance.
