Our entire tribal block getting almost zero electricity this summer, Pls help...

Dilip Behera is today visiting Sanplahar village in thana Jagdalpur, of Bargarh district in Odisha where villagers tell him that in this summer they are getting almost zero electricity and crop is suffering and it is difficult to get drinking water.
