Gaju Deogam is calling from Jamkundia village of Chotanagra Panchayat, Manoharnagar block, Paschimi Singhbhoom district, Jharkand and says Head Master of Primary school in their village never comes to school and recently took 10,000 from Village education committee to buy essentials for school, but has not bought anything.
