NREGA laborers need to stand whole day on summer sun to collect wages...

Nathulal Rathore is calling from Jaitahari in Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh. He says in Central Bank of India branch there daily around 500 NREGA laborers from 5 panchayats come to collect their wages. Bank officers work in Air conditioned rooms but they force the laborers to stand outside in summer for whole day. They have not even provided a shade for the laborers.
