We should make soak pits to absorb water flowing down the drain to ocean...

Jayant Rangari from Antagarh in Kanker district in Chhattisgarh says at one end we are facing acute water shortage where as so much water flows through drains which ends up in ocean via rivers. He says we should look at stopping this water in soak pits which will recharge ground water.
