Taking 1-2 gms Ginger powder or Mumijo in same quantity or 2-5 gms Ginger & Honey is very effective to energize our body. Mix 1-2 gms Indian ginseng powder well known as Ashwagandha in 10-40 ml Indian gooseberry (Amla) juice and take for 15 days. Squeeze a lemon in glassful water and soak 2 Raisins overnight in it.
