Pipe line was laid 5 years ago, Villagers still waiting for water, Please help...

Nathulal Rathore from Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh is visiting Patan village in Jaithari block and talks to Raju Singh who tells him that in 2008 more than 4 kms of water pipe line was laid in the village by Public Health and Engineering department but it is more than 5 years but villagers are still waiting for water supply.
