Govt charges BSNL mobile of Asha healthworkers but we've no BSNL here...

Dillip Behera from Bargarh Dist, Odisha is telling that Govt has provided BSNL Sim card to each Asha worker for reaching patients but lack of BSNL network in his area makes it useless. Pls call Health Minister Dr. Damodar Rout@ 9437030915 to request him to give 100 rupees directly to Asha Workers, so that they can make their own recharge depending on the availability of the network in their respective areas.
