Both hand pumps broke a year ago in Adivasi Birhor village, No one helps...

JM Rangeela is visiting Tulbul village in Gomia block at border of Bokaro and Hazaribagh in Jharkhand where 25 families of primitive tribal Birhors live. He says they are very poor but only half of them have got Below poverty line cards for cheap grain. The village has two hand pumps but both are broken from more than a year. They say that they have also heard that Govt spends a lot of Birhors but they have got nothing. Pls call officers at 9431563588/943116001. JM@8002242808
