We've mobile but no electricity, So we need to go to market to get it charged...

Dhan Singh Parte is calling from village Naigaon Raiyat block Mawai in Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh. He says we have 90 houses in our village and each house has at least one mobile phone but we dont have electricity in our village. So we need to go to next village or market to get our mobiles charged. This costs us Rs 10 at one time and we try to run that for a week. Please help us get electricity in our village.
