No attention to elephant menace a strategy to empty forests?

Robert Xalxo from Jashpur says this week elephants attacked an ashram building and enjured three sleeping students. When village people came to chase away the elephants they killed one villager. He says Chhattisgarh government is not giving any attention to people’s demand and it looks eco tourism and continuing elephant menace is a strategy of the government by which they want to remove tribals from the forest areas in this mineral rich state
