Sanjay Bharti from Rashtriya Dalit Mahasabha and Adivasi Adhikar Andolan is calling from Parbhania Kalan village in Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh where their Land right cycle yatra has reached today.He talks to an adivasi Bhagwandin Baiga who tells him they have a school but no teacher.
