Statewise handicapped association rally in Raipur on 25th January

Chhattisgarh handicapped association is planning a dharna and rally demanding rights of handicapped people from all over the state on 25th January in Raipur. The dharna will start at 9 on Budha Talab and the rally to Mantralay will start at 1 pm.
