Have hospital but no doctor, Every year around dozen die of malaria, diarrhea

Rabishankar Pradhan is visiting Koeda block in Sundargarh district in Odisha where he meets Manjulata Nayak from Banka village from Swayamba panchayat. She tells him that they have a hospital in their village from last 10 years but no doctor. Every year around a dozen people die of malaria and diarrhea.
