Khap panchayat expels family for daughter not going to mentally ill husband

Kalulal Kulmi is calling from Rajpura Post Kanod tahsil Vallabhnagar in Udaipur district of Rajasthan to complain that Khap( caste) panchayat in his village has expelled his friend Mohanlal. Under pressure from panchayat Mohanlal had married his sister to a person with mental health problem. The girl does not want to go to her husband then panchayat put a fine for that.
