ITI in Mining area in bad shape, Adivasi students need to go outside for study

Govind Samanta is calling from Joda in Keonjhar district in Odisha and says Keonjhar is a tribal area and has lots of Mining around. A Govt Industrial Training Institute was established in the area in 1961 but remains in very bad shape. The local tribals need to travel outside if they need job in mining companies.
