Work on toilets started 3 years ago but nothing moved after digging few pits...

Mohan Yadav is visiting Mahudhana village in Chirapatla panchayat in Chicholi blcok of Betul district today where he meets Radhabai Uike who tells him in her Gondi language that the work on toilets started 3 years ago, some pits were dug but it has not moved since.
