Hospital has 100 beds but not a doctor

Manish Rai from Ambikapur in Chhattisgarh says a 100 bed hospital was built in Balrampur, around 90 kms from here in the area of our Panchayat miniser who was earlier the home minister of the state. But so far no doctor has been sent to the hospital and the building is being used by Special force. If so much expenditure has been made to build then it must be used for people
