Mohan Yadav is visiting Chicholi block of Betul district in MP where he meets a social worker from CASA organisation who tells him that in his area now people are getting NREGA wages on time. Till last year the payments were delayed by 3-6 months. He says now 40% people in this area knows about how to request for work who earlier used to get work only when Govt started some work and did not know the procedure for asking work.
