Dinesh Sharma is calling from Adhaura block in kaimur district of Bihar. He says this is an Adivasi district and officials are making use of ignorance of Adivasis. He gives an example that many check dams costing Rs 40-45 lakhs each and 17 crore in total were sanctioned in the block but most of them have got damaged in 3 months.
