Sajal from Baysi village in Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh says after cancellation of Balco Public heearing on 26th Sept on 2nd Oct another Gram Sabha was organised. People again protested but press was told that people have agreed.Out of 1300 voters 173 were present. Attendance Register has been taken away. There are more questions which needs answer.
