High Court ordered to give land under Forest Rights Act, Adivasis still waiting...

Naresh Bunkar from Pandaria block of Kawardha district in Chhattisgarh is telling about adivasis in Bhangitola village in Polmi panchayat. Adivasis applied for land under forest rights act in 2011 but heard nothing. Then they went to High Court which ordered on 16th July 2013 to give land in 6 weeks. But out of 24 only 8 have got land deeds yet. They have now filed a contempt of court case. Villagers from nearby areas have also gone to court. Naresh is at 8720822286
