Anganwadi in bad shape,Can collapse any time, So dont work on rainy days

Prakash Gupta from Surguja in Chhattisgarh is talking to a Anganwadi worker in Tikrapara in Batauli block who says the Anganwadi is working in a broken house from last 4 years where they can not run it during rainy days and declare holiday as it may collapse anytime.
