Govt made borewell for irrigation 3 years back, No electricity connection yet...

We are Adivasi people calling from Narsapuram village, Chinturu Mandal, Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. Govt put up a boring in our village 3 years back so that adivasis in our village can take help in irrigation. But it is more than 3 years and after many requests from us the electricity connection to the bore well has not been made and all of us are suffering. You are requested to help.
