Literacy Day: Villagers in Bundelkhand take oath to invest more in education

Mastram is visiting Teela village in Tikamgarh district in Bundelkhand region where people are celebrating World Literacy day. He says though the number of literate people is high in other parts Budelkhand is lagging behind and the number of literate women is very less here.
