Govt has many schemes but we survive only by working at other people's farm

KM bhai is visiting a village near Kanpur in UP where he talks to villagers. They tell him that though there are many Govt schemes for the poor but they get almost nothing and their livelihood is working on other people’s farm. A road was built using NREGA money but that was left half build. Village ponds and wells are in bad shape and they are not getting repaired.
