Adivasi running pillar to post to get certificate so son can continue education

Rabi Pradhan is talking to a Mundari speaking adivasi from in Rajgangpur block of Sundargarh district in Odisha, who is running pillar to post to get caste certificate for his son so that he continues his education. He says officials gave caste certificate to his older son but now says his land is disputed so they cant give him one unless he pays for the land.
