PDS shops given to Women Self Help groups but they are run by husbands

JM Rangeela from Bokaro Jharkhand is talking from Nawdih block where 25 women self help groups have been given charge of running Public Distribution System shops but in most male family members are seen runing the shops and group members are used only as rubber stamps.
