Adivasi village has no road, irrigation, Corruption in Indira Awas, Pls inspect

Nagendra Sharma from Adhoura in Kaimur block of Bihar is talking about an adivasi village called Chanpura. He says this village is only 3-4 kms from the block headquarter but it has no facilities. There is a river next to village but state has made no arrangement for irrigation. There is no bridge and road. Education is in bad shape. Brokers demand Rs 5000 for each Indira Awas.
