Community land cant be sold as per CNT act, Officials not acting after report

JM Rangeela from Gumia block in Bokaro in Jharkhand is talking about a piece of land which is public property as per recrods and can not be sold according to Chhota Nagpur Tenancy act but some people are trying to sell it with connivance with authorities.
