KM bhai from Kanpur in UP is talking to a snake charmer who is telling him that Govt is saying that showing snake is a punishable offence and they will be charged a fne of Rs 25000 and 3 years jail if they found showing snake. He says their profession is hundreds of years old and their population is more than 2 lakhs in UP and they will have a problem of livelihood if Govt is strict about it. He wants us to help.
