Got land deeds under Forest Rights Act but has no official seal, so of no use!

Naresh Bunkar from Kandawani panchayat in Pandaria block of Kawardha district in Chhattisgarh tells that Baiga tribals from this area had done a big demonstration soemtime back and they were given land deeds under forest rights act. But the land deeds though have signature of officers but have no official seals so are of no use. They are requesting us to call collector at 07741-232134 to help.
