Family says he died of hunger, Govt says no, Family still dont have BPL card

KM bhai from Kanpur says Govt these days is giving riduculous figures of how much money is needed for survival. Amidst these debates a person has died in Kanpur of hunger but the Govt is saying he died because of drinking. The family does not have BPL card.
