Raju is visiting Karnapura area in border of Hazaribagh, Chatra and Latehar districts in Jharkhand where 32 coal companies are planning to set up mining and more than 200 villages will loose land. People tell him that they are getting a rate of Rs 10,000 per katha ( a local unit) and local administration is adopting fraudulent methods to deprive people protesting against coal mines from land records.
