Officials taking Rs 3000 bribe from Baiga adivasi for giving Indira Awas, Pls help

Anil Bamne from Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh is telling us about forest village Sarasdol inside Achanakmar tiger reserve where Baiga adivasis have got Rs 45,000 each for making houses under Indira Awas Yojna. But he says village officials are taking Rs 3000 bribe from each Baiga adivasi. He requests us to call officials like Commissioner Bilaspur KDP Rao at 09425211048.
