Rabishankar Pradhan is visiting a village called Nanubaba near Harishankar hills in Bolangir district in Odisha where villagers tell him that they have a hospital in their village but there is no doctor but a pharmacist runs the show. The pharmacist also goes home after some time and the hospital is managed by the peon rest of the time. He says they have taken out rally and requested to administration but nothing has moved.
