Promotion of food substitute for below 2 apart from breast feeding is illegal

Ramji Rai from Bundelkhand Buniyadi Adhikar Manch is telling us about Infant Milk Substitute Act which tells us that for children below the age of 2 breast feed is best form of food. The act says promotion of any other food substitute in any way is illegal.He requests us to understand this act and help in implementation of the act.
