Govt not making cards for benefit of construction labor, schemes unutilized

Ramsharan Saket from construction laborer union is telling that Govt has made many beneficial schemes for the daily wage earners but the administration is not making identity cards of laborers without bribe and many are suffering. Though rule says a worker is entitled for a card if he works for a month but administration demands a proof for 3 months. You are requested to call officer at 9826092094.
