We adivasis in AP migrated 10 years ago but have no handpump, Pls help...

Kanniah is calling from Laxmipuram village, Bhadrachalam Mandal, Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. He says we 45 adivasi families are living here for last 10 years but we do not have a hand pump or land for cultivation. We have met many officials but no one helps. Pls help us.
