Prakash Gupta from Bilaspur panchayat in Batauli block of Surguja district of Chhattisgarh is telling us about a mini sports stadim which was sanctioned in 2006. Govt has spend Rs 30 lakhs including Rs 5 lakhs from NREGA but villagers tell him that they have spoiled the playground and the stadium is far from complete.
