We Andhra adivasis dont have ration card, voter card, drinking water, Pls help

Sodey Muttaiah is calling from Srirampuram Kotta colony,Burgamphad Mandal, Khammam District of Andhra Pradesh. 50 Adivasi famlys are living in his village who do not have ration card, voting card and drinking water facility. They earn their livelihood by working as daily balorers and it is becoming difficult to buy food from open market. He requests to help to get ration cards.
