Adivasis in Surguja worked for Govt 3 years ago, Yet to get payments, Pls help

Naresh Bunkar is visiting Barghatpara in Garima Gram Panchayat in Mainpat block in Surguja district in Chhattisgarh where villagers tell him that they worked for the Govt in 2009-10-11 but have not been paid.
