We handicapped people not on poverty list but people owning tractors are...

My name is Brijmohan Rajput. I am a handicapped person. I am unable to do physical work and I am also landless. I have applied for inclusion of my name in Below Poverty Line many times but in my area many who have tractors are in the list but I am not included.
