Earlier half world was called Gondwana and now it has come down to zero

Jagdishji is talking to Gulzar Singh Markam a Gondi scholar who tells him that earlier half the world was called Gondwana but now it is has come to zero. Governments are doing lip serivce for the language and people who are more than 10 lakhs in number and spread over in many states in Central India.
