No water, No ration card, Have NREGA card but no work, Pls help...

Janmavati Saket from Bahini Darbar in Rewa MP is visiting a village called Palhar where she is talking to women who tell her that they are facing acute problem of water and animals are dying. There is no food in local anganwadi for children. The hospital does not give medicine. They do not have any land also for house. Ration card has not been issued.
