BDO allegedly trying to bypass authority of Gram Sabha in Jharkhand

J M Rangeela from Bokaro in Jharkhand is telling us about an effort by Block Development Officer to bypass the authority of Gram Sabha. In Siyari panchayat he is talking to adivasi sarpanch who tells him that BDO sanctioned Indira Awas Yojna houses through middlemen and tried to get forged signature of the Sarpanch which he refused.
