We have no ration card, No water, We get Rs 30 per day after work, Pls help

My name is Unga. I am calling from Rasannagudem village, Mulakalapalli Mandal, Jonnapuram panchayat in Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. We adivasis work on daily wage of Rs 30 a day and it is very difficult to buy rice from market. We do not have ration card. There is no water facility in our village and all and specially children are suffering drinking dirty water. Many children have died.Please help us.
