They are charging Rs 50 from each for making Adhar card, Pls investigate...

My name is Rajesh Kumar. I am calling from village Baniaban in Hunterganj block of Chatra district of Jharkhand. Today I am visiting a nearby village Dantad where Aadhar card forms are getting filled. I have heard that it is a free service by the Govt but the people assigned to do this work are charging Rs 50 from each person.
