PDS dealer runs the shop in his village and we do not get our ration, Pls help

Rajesh Kumar from Baniaban village in Hunterganj block of Chatra district in Jharkhand is telling us that his village has been allotted a Public Distribution Shop for subsidized ration but the showowner is from another village and he runs the shop in his village. So the villagers in Rajesh Kumar’s village do not get to know when the food grains arrive and are suffering. He is requesting us to call officials to help them.
