Dalits and Adivasis in MP not getting ration cards from 7 years, Pls help...

Ramkailash Kol in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh is visiting a village called Mankadas in Gram Panchayat Kota. The village has 85% adivasis and 10% are dalits. They tell him that they have not got thier Below Poverty Line cards for subsidized ration from last 5-7 years. They also do not have land and electricity.
